Project Goals
FORQ Food Labs approached Bild with a concept for a shared community kitchen space. The client exhibited a passion for community engagement and a dedication to Portland’s Bayside neighborhood. Choosing Bild was a natural fit for this civic minded entreprenuerial endeavor.
FORQ partners requested help in communicating with construction professionals and navigation of the City of Portland planning process. Bild also provided rendered images to present to potential funders and community stakeholders.
“Our goal is to give food entrepreneurs all the tools they need to create a successful business. Fork will house up to 45 full and part-time members, allowing each business to focus on their craft without the hassle of leases or purchasing equipment. Bild has been a valuable part of the team in helping to realize our facility.“ Neil Spillane and Eric Holstein, Co-Founders, Fork Food Labs
